Description

Predmetom tejto zákazky je obstaranie podpory prevádzky, údržby a rozvoja Informačného systému Registra adries (ďalej len „IS RA“), ktorý je základným komunikačným a evidenčným nástrojom územnej samosprávy na určovanie súpisných a orientačných čísiel, určovanie názvov ulíc a iných verejných priestranstiev a útvarov verejného obstarávateľa pre zápis údajov o územnom členení a zároveň poskytuje služby pre potreby štátnych orgánov, ktoré sú naň integrované. IS RA nie je štandardizovaný systém, ale unikátne softvérové a hardvérové riešenie, vyvinuté a modifikované v priebehu rokov 2011 až 2023, podľa požiadaviek na jeho funkčnosť a v súlade s vnútroštátnou legislatívou, najmä s požiadavkami zákona č. 125/2015 Z. z. o registri adries a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov a v súlade medzinárodnými normami a predpismi. Potreba obstarania predmetu zákazky vznikla na základe ukončenia poskytovania služieb technickej podpory a prevádzky informačného systému a zabezpečenia riadnej prevádzkyschopnosti, úpravy funkcionalít a udržiavania kompatibility so všetkými informačnými systémami, s ktorými je IS RA integrovaný.
