Predmetom je záväzok dodávateľa vykonať Lesnícke služby (činností) v ťažbovom procese na území pôsobnosti Mestských lesov Banská Štiavnica s.r.o.. Služby sú pre potreby objednávateľa v rozsahu, v čase, v cene a za podmienok vyplývajúcich z uskutočnenej súťaže a tejto zmluvy na jednej strane a na starne druhej záväzok objednávateľa zaplatiť za riadne a včas vykonané lesnícke služby dohodnutú odplatu za podmienok uvedených v tejto zmluve. Pod Lesníckymi službami sa rozumejú lesnícke činnosti v ťažobnom procese, a to najmä technologická príprava pracoviska, ťažba dreva, jeho priblíženie na určené odvozné miesto, manipulácia na odvozné dĺžky na odvoznom mieste na určené sortimenty a to najmä technológiou ŠLKT resp. UKT, alebo harvestorovou a lanovkovou technológiou v súčinnosti s ŠLKT resp. UKT a kôň a vývoznou súpravou (ďalej len „lesnícke služby“). Konkrétna technológia bude vždy uvedená v „objednávke“ ktorú dodávateľ dostane vždy pred začatím prác
