Description

Vykonanie nálezových opráv a pravidelnej profylaktickej údržby leteckých pozemných informačných systémov (LPIS) vzdušných síl OS SR s cieľom odstrániť vzniknuté poruchy dielcov, skupín, podskupín a blokov a obnoviť tak prevádzkyschopnosť LPIS - svetlotechnických systémov letísk Kuchyňa, Sliač a Prešov - HW a SW komponenty podľa zoznamu uvedeného v oddiely B.1 - Všeobecný opis predmetu zákazky Informatívneho dokumentu. Zariadenia svetlotechnických systémov LPIS sú výrobkami obranného priemyslu uvedené pod bodom VM 10 Spoločného zoznamu výrobkov obranného priemyslu Delegovanej smernice Komisie (EÚ) 2025/290 zo 04. októbra 2024 a Oznámenia Ministerstva hospodárstva SR o vydaní opatrenia č. 1/2025 z 25. mája 2025, s účinnosťou od 05. júna 2025, ktorým sa vydáva zoznam výrobkov obranného priemyslu podľa § 43 písm. a) zákona č. 392/2011 Z. z. o obchodovaní s výrobkami obranného priemyslu a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov. Podľa § 3 písm. c) zákona č. 392/2011 Z. z. o obchodovaní s výrobkami obranného priemyslu a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov sú aj služby poskytované v súvislosti s výrobkami obranného priemyslu definované ako výrobok obranného priemyslu.
