Predmetom zákazky sú služby spočívajúce v odbere, transporte a analýze vzoriek motorových palív (motorového benzínu, motorovej nafty, vypracovanie národnej správy ), skvapalneného ropného plynu (ďalej len „LPG“), lodných palív (ďalej len „LP“), vykurovacieho oleja ťažkého (ďalej len „VOŤ“), vykurovacieho plynového oleja (ďalej len „VPO“), pre účely kontroly Slovenskej inšpekcie životného prostredia - Útvaru inšpekcie ochrany ovzdušia (ďalej len „SIŽP - ÚIOO“) podľa zákona č. 146/2023 Z. z. o ochrane ovzdušia a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov a vyhlášky MŽP SR č. 251/2023 Z. z. o kvalite palív v znení neskorších predpisov. Predmetom zákazky sú služby spočívajúce v odbere, transporte a analýze vzoriek motorových palív (motorového benzínu (ďalej len „BM“) a motorovej nafty (ďalej len „MN“)); Predmetom zákazky sú služby spočívajúce v odbere, transporte a analýze vzoriek skvapalneného ropného plynu (ďalej len „LPG“); Predmetom zákazky sú služby spočívajúce v odbere, transporte a analýze vzoriek lodných palív (ďalej len „LP“), vykurovacieho oleja ťažkého (ďalej len „VOŤ“), vykurovacieho plynového oleja (ďalej len „VPO“)
