Description

FNsP FDR ako verejný obstarávateľ podľa § 7 ods. 1 písm. d) ZVO a objednávateľ realizuje projekt dostavby a rekonštrukcie Fakultnej nemocnice s poliklinikou F. D. Roosevelta Banská Bystrica. V dôsledku realizácie tohto projektu je potrebné zabezpečiť nové pripojenie nových objektov do distribučnej sústavy elektrickej energie a zároveň zabezpečiť navýšenie kapacít distribučnej siete alokovaných pre nemocnicu. Predmetom tejto zákazky je umožnenie pripojenia odberného elektrického zariadenia Užívateľa sústavy do distribučnej sústavy SSD, zabezpečenie dohodnutej kapacity vo výške maximálnej rezervovanej kapacity, a to na základe žiadosti Užívateľa sústavy o: - zabezpečenie fyzického pripojenia odberného elektrického zariadenia Užívateľa sústavy do distribučnej sústavy SSD, - zmenu technických parametrov odberného elektrického zariadenia Užívateľa sústavy, - zmenu pôvodnej hodnoty maximálnej rezervovanej kapacity na aktualizovanú hodnotu. Verejný obstarávateľ v zmysle vyššie uvedeného pristúpil k zadaniu zákazky postupom priameho rokovacieho konania podľa § 81 písm. b) bod 2 zákona č 343/2015 Z.z. o verejnom obstarávaní a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov.
