Predmetom zákazky je dodanie laboratórnych prístrojov, zariadení, súvisiaceho HW a SW pre vedecko-výskumné účely, v rozsahu a podľa technickej špecifikácie, definovanej v prílohách zmluvy. Ak to je relevantné vo vzťahu k predmetu zákazky, v cene musí byť zahrnuté: doprava, vynáška, odvoz a likvidácia odpadu (napr. obalového materiálu), inštalácia, uvedenie do prevádzky, zaškolenie obsluhy a údržby, príslušná dokumentácia - návod na obsluhu, certifikáty/vyhlásenia o zhode a pod., ako aj všetky súvisiace náklady s dodávkou tovaru s ohľadom na účel a funkcie požadovaného tovaru.
