Predmetom verejného obstarávania je vyobstaranie generálneho projektanta (stavebný zákon 25/2025 Z.z, §35 ods 3) a 4)) pre vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre stavebný zámer, projekt stavby a vykonávací projekt v koncepte BIM, príslušný inžiniering k jednotlivým stupňom projektovej dokumentácie, súčinnosť pri realizácii verejného obstarávania pri výbere zhotoviteľa stavebných prác (ďalej aj len „súčinnosť pri VO“) a výkon odborného autorského dohľadu pre zákazku „Stredná priemyselná škola informačných technológií a Gymnázium, Kysucké Nové Mesto - nadstavba, zateplenie a stavebné úpravy objektu odborných učební“. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky, vrátane technických požiadaviek - je/sú vymedzené najmä v prílohe č. 1 Zmluvy a prílohe č.3 súťažných podkladov.
