Predmetom zákazky bude koncesia na prevádzku a údržbu tepelno-energetických zariadení v rámci tepelného hospodárstva v správe Mestskej časti Bratislava - Staré Mesto, ktoré verejný obstarávateľ prenechá do užívania úspešnému uchádzačovi za účelom zabezpečenia výroby a dodávky tepla a teplej úžitkovej vody a tiež servis a údržbu tepelných energetických zariadení v takom rozsahu, aby zariadenia spĺňali všetky požiadavky na funkčnosť, bezpečnosť, ekologickú a ekonomickú prevádzku s cieľom zachovania alebo, čo najmenšieho zvýšenia ceny tepla a teplej úžitkovej vody konečným odberateľom.
