Verejný obstarávateľ mieni zadať nadlimitnú zákazku, predmetom ktorej je úprava 5 kusov motorových vozidiel na mobilné kancelárie vybavené špeciálnou technikou (mobilné pracovisko pre výkon kontrolných činností útvarov Finančnej správy SR), podľa § 3 ods. 4 zákona o verejnom obstarávaní postupom verejnej súťaže podľa § 66 ods. 7 písm. b) zákona o verejnom obstarávaní (ďalej len „verejná súťaž“) a realizovanej prostredníctvom funkcionality Elektronickej platformy (tiež ako “EPVO” alebo aj “eplatforma”) prevádzkovaného Úradom podpredsedu vlády Slovenskej republiky pre Plán obnovy a znalostnú ekonomiku. Podrobný rozsah predmetu zákazky je uvedený v časti Zväzok III. „Opis predmetu zákazky“ a v časti Zväzok IV. „Obchodné podmienky“ Súťažných podkladov.
