Predmet zákazky je zadefinovaný v súlade so zákonom č. 343/2015 Z. z. o verejnom obstarávaní a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov (ďalej len „ZVO“): Zákazka na nákup tovaru s predmetom podrobne vymedzeným v súťažných podkladoch (ďalej len „SP“).
