Opis predmetu zákazky je zapracovaný do znenia návrhu poistnej zmluvy, ktorá je Prílohou č. 5 súťažných podkladov a do Prílohy č. 1 súťažných podkladov, ktorá je zároveň Prílohou č. 1 poistnej zmluvy.
