Dynamický nákupný systém (ďalej ako „DNS“) sa vytvára na obdobie 48 mesiacov od jeho zriadenia v podmienkach obstarávateľskej organizácie, na zabezpečenie služieb bežne a všeobecne dostupných na trhu.
