Predmetom zákazky je servis, oprava a údržba vozidiel, pričom ide o centrálne verejné obstarávanie pre nasledovný okruh subjektov:  Hlavné mesto Slovenskej republiky Bratislava  a jeho príslušné odborné útvary, Potenciálny pristupujúci objednávatelia:   Rozpočtové organizácie, ktoré sú založené alebo zriadené Hlavným mestom Slovenskej republiky Bratislava, Príspevkové organizácie, ktoré sú založené alebo zriadené Hlavným mestom Slovenskej republiky Bratislava , Obchodné spoločnosti s majetkovou účasťou Hlavného mesta SR Bratislava. Pre účely zákona o verejnom obstarávaní sú tieto subjekty identifikované ako verejní obstarávatelia podľa § 7 ods. 1 písm. d) ZVO alebo obstarávatelia podľa § 9 ods. 1 ZVO. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je súčasťou Prílohy č.1. Zoznam aktuálnych vozidiel tvorí Prílohu č.1a. pričom ide o vozidlá v správe viacerých organizácií.
