Ak to je relevantné vo vzťahu k predmetu zákazky, v cene musí byť zahrnuté: doprava, vynáška, odvoz a likvidácia odpadu (napr. obalového materiálu), inštalácia, uvedenie do prevádzky, zaškolenie obsluhy a údržby, príslušná dokumentácia - návod na obsluhu, certifikáty/vyhlásenia o zhode a pod., ako aj všetky súvisiace náklady s dodávkou tovaru s ohľadom na účel a funkcie požadovaného tovaru.
