Predmetom zákazky je dodanie riadne vybavených čistých priestorov, laboratórnych a technických zariadení pre vedecko-výskumné účely, využívaných v čistých priestoroch, v rozsahu opisu a technickej špecifikácie, definovanej v prílohách zmluvy. Ak to je relevantné vo vzťahu k predmetu zákazky, v cene musí byť zahrnuté: výroba, doprava, vynáška, odvoz a likvidácia odpadu (napr. obalového materiálu), inštalácia, uvedenie do prevádzky, zaškolenie obsluhy a údržby, príslušná dokumentácia - návod na obsluhu, certifikáty/vyhlásenia o zhode, dostupnosť záručného a pozáručného servisu a pod., ako aj všetky súvisiace náklady s dodávkou tovaru s ohľadom na účel a funkcie požadovaného tovaru.
