Description

Predmetom zákazky je prenájom nízkoteplotného miešacieho depolymerizačného zariadenia v rozsahu a podľa technickej špecifikácie, definovanej v Prílohe č. 1 zmluvy Špecifikácia s cenovou kalkuláciou, vrátane obsluhy zariadenia a súvisiacich služieb, počas obdobia trvania zmluvy 10 kalendárnych mesiacov. Zariadenie nemusí byť nové, ale musí byť funkčné a disponovať požadovanými parametrami a vlastnosťami v zmysle Prílohy č. 1 zmluvy Špecifikácia s cenovou kalkuláciou. Predmetom zákazky je súčasne zabezpečenie obsluhy zariadenia odborným personálom a konfigurácia zariadenia na mieru účelu konkrétneho projektu verejného obstarávateľa, a to za účelom realizácie vedecko - výskumných aktivít verejného obstarávateľa na predmetnom zariadení. Cena musí zahŕňať všetky ekonomicky oprávnené náklady vynaložené v súvislosti s plnením predmetu zákazky s ohľadom na účel a funkcie požadovaného zariadenia, ako sú napr. aj energie spotrebované pri užívaní predmetného zariadenia, prípadne pravidelná údržba zariadenia, amortizácia zariadenia, likvidácia vzniknutého odpadu a pod.
