Predmetom verejného obstarávania „Projektová dokumentácia - Prieťah udržateľnej mobility Trenčín“ je vypracovanie dokumentácie stavebného zámeru podľa 254/1998 Zb. o verejných prácach v znení neskorších predpisov (ďalej len „zákon o verejných prácach“) projektovej dokumentácie na Predmetnú stavbu v stupni dokumentácie stavebný zámer, projekt stavby a vykonávací projekt, projekčnú a súvisiacu inžiniersku činnosť potrebnú pre získanie rozhodnutia o stavebnom zámere, projekčnú a súvisiacu inžiniersku činnosť potrebnú pre získanie overenia projektu stavby na Predmetnú stavbu, a dokumentácie na ponuku, vrátane výkonu odborného autorského dohľadu v zmysle týchto súťažných podkladov a príloh k nim. Projektová dokumentácia musí byť realizovaná podľa Technického predpisu Ministerstva dopravy a výstavby SR TP 019 Technické podmienky Dokumentácia stavieb ciest a Komentár k technickým podmienkam (TP) 019 - Dokumentácia stavieb ciest primerane vo vzťahu k aktuálne platným a účinným právnym predpisom, najmä zákonu č. 25/2025 Z.z. stavebný zákon a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov (ďalej len „stavebný zákon“), podľa platných noriem a platných všeobecne záväzných právnych a technických predpisov. Bližšie požiadavky na predmet obstarávania sú uvedené v prílohe č. 1 k súťažným podkladom.
