Predmetom zákazky je: Liek s účinnou látkou palivizumab Palivizumab je rekombinantná humanizovaná monoklonálna protilátka vyrobená technológiou DNA v hostiteľských bunkách myelómu myší. Jedna 0,5 ml injekčná liekovka obsahuje 50 mg palivizumabu Liek je indikovaný na prevenciu závažného ochorenia dolných dýchacích ciest vyžadujúceho hospitalizáciu, ktoré je vyvolané respiračným syncyciálnym vírusom (RSV) u detí s vysokým rizikom ochorenia RSV: • deti, ktoré sa narodili v 35. týždni gravidity alebo skôr a na začiatku sezóny RSV sú mladšie ako 6 mesiacov; • deti do 2 rokov, u ktorých bola v posledných 6 mesiacoch potrebná liečba bronchopulmonálnej dysplázie; • deti do 2 rokov s hemodynamicky signifikantným vrodeným srdcovým ochorením
