DNS je rozdelený na 2 kategórie: Kategória č.1: Zabezpečenie nákupu, dodávky a distribúcie elektrickej energie pre potreby rezortu MZ SR Kategória č.2: Zabezpečenie nákupu, dodávky a distribúcie plynu pre potreby rezortu MZ SR Predmetom zákaziek zadávaných v DNS je zabezpečenie nákupu, dodávky a distribúcie elektrickej energie (elektriny) a plynu do odberných miest podľa konkrétnych potrieb verejného obstarávateľa a Prijímateľov po dobu trvania DNS, v kvalite zodpovedajúcej špecifikácii uvedenej v Technických podmienkach prevádzkovateľa distribučnej sústavy, vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku a jej prepravu distribučnou sústavou do jeho/ich odberných miest elektriny na obdobie 4 rokov.
