Predmetom zákazky je dodávka elektriny do odberného miesta odberateľa FS KRAO nachádzajúce sa v areáli Slovenských elektrární, a.s., závod Atómové elektrárne Mochovce vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku prostredníctvom priameho vedenia, na ktoré je odberné miesto pripojené, v celkovom množstve 1 200 MWh. Prevádzkovateľom vedenia sú Slovenské elektrárne, a.s.. Odbery elektriny pre FS KRAO sú na napäťovej úrovni vn a nn. Na napäťovú úroveň vn sú pripojené technologické prevádzky, na napäťovú úroveň nn sú pripojené netechnologické prevádzky (osvetlenie, zásuvkové obvody). Dodávka elektriny do odberných miest je zabezpečovaná priamym vedením prevádzkovateľa vedenia (§ 13 ods. 1 zák. č. 251/2012 Z. z. o energetike a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov).
