Predmetom zákazky je obstaranie služby programového rozhrania API (Application Programming Interface) k databáze Web of Science (ďalej len „API“) na na obdobie 45 mesiacov (v rozdelení jednotlivých období na 9 mesiacov, 12 mesiacov, 12 mesiacov a 12 mesiacov ), ktorá poskytuje autorizovaný prístup k bibliografickým, citačným a metricky relevantným údajom o vedeckých publikáciách, autoroch, inštitúciách a publikačných zdrojoch pre akademické a výskumné účely. Služba má byť sprístupnená prostredníctvom online programového rozhrania, ktoré umožňuje automatizovaný prístup k dátam a ich ďalšie spracovanie a využitie na účely výskumu, bibliometrických analýz, reportingu a agregácie údajov z databázy Web of Science. 3. ŠPECIFIKÁCIA PREDMETU ZÁKAZKY - MINIMÁLNY ROZSAH: A) Funkčné požiadavky služby A.1. Rozhranie • Služba musí poskytovať REST-API prístup s výstupom vo formátoch JSON alebo XML. • Autentifikácia musí byť realizovaná pomocou API kľúča / registrovanej aplikácie. A.2. Obsah a dáta Predmet zákazky musí umožňovať: a) Pokročilé vyhľadávanie a filtráciu bibliografických záznamov podľa rôznych kritérií (napr. autor, DOI, názov, inštitúcia, rok publikovania). b) Získavanie plnohodnotných metadát o publikáciách, vrátane: • názov publikácie, DOI, identifikátory, typ dokumentu, • autori, ich identifikátory (minimálne ResearcherID / ORCID ak sú dostupné), • názov publikačného zdroja, rok, ISSN/ISBN, stránkovanie, • citačné údaje - počet citácií, cited references a citing documents. c) Prepojenia medzi záznamami - možnosť získať: • cited references - odkazy, ktoré daný dokument citoval, • citing items - ktoré publikácie citujú daný dokument, • related records - súvisiace publikácie. A.3. Rozširujúce metriky a údaje • API musí podporovať získavanie bibliometrických ukazovateľov a metadát spojených s publikáciami, ako sú údaje o financovaní výskumu, organizáciách autorov, kategórie predmetových odborov či geografické údaje autorov, ak sú dostupné............................................................. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je uvedený v súťažných podkladoch; Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie prístupu k údajom elektronických informačných zdrojov (ďalej aj ako „EIZ“), ktoré slúžia ako zdroj informácií pre potreby realizácie vedeckého výskumu a rozvoja vedy v rámci SR.
