Predmetom zákazky je pravidelné upratovanie, nepravidelné upratovanie a mimoriadne upratovacie práce spočívajúce v poskytnutí služby pre objekty: 1. objekt administratívnej budovy miestneho úradu mestskej časti Bratislava - Ružinov 2. polyfunkčný objekt Listová 4 3. budova vrátnice v areáli Mlynské Nivy 61 Pri upratovacích službách budú používané vo všetkých objektoch certifikované ekologické čistiace a dezinfekčné prostriedky. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky s technickou a funkčnou špecifikáciou je uvedený v Kapitole B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov, v Prílohe č. 8 Výkaz výmer a špecifikácia upratovacích prác a Prílohe č. 11 Zmluva o poskytovaní upratovacích a čistiacich a dezinfekčných služieb.
