Description

Predmetom investičnej akcie je vypracovanie a odovzdanie projektovej dokumentácie v rozsahu projektu stavby až do stupňa vykonávací projekt pre zhotovenie stavby (ďalej len „projektová dokumentácia“ alebo „PD“) v rozsahu príslušnej prílohy Sadzobníka pre navrhovanie ponukových cien projektových prác a inžinierskych činností UNIKA v platnom znení v čase jej spracovania (ďalej len „Sadzobník UNIKA“) a v rozsahu prílohy č. 18 Vyhlášky Úradu pre územné plánovanie a výstavby SR č. 60/2025 Z. z. o štruktúre a prevádzke informačného systému územného plánovania a výstavby, o obsahu podaní a obsahu a rozsahu dokumentácie stavby (ďalej len „vyhláška č. 60/2025 Z. z.“) pre rekonštrukciu budovy č. 36 na parcele č. 690/30 list vlastníctva č. 52, k. ú. Martin. Pozemok je majetkovoprávne vysporiadaný vo vlastníctve SR a v správe MO SR. Projektová dokumentácia rieši komplexnú rekonštrukciu budovy, čím sa zabezpečia vyhovujúce podmienky pre ubytovanie príslušníkov OS SR a zabezpečí sa primerané zázemie pre inštruktorov zabezpečujúcich výcvik. Súčasťou budovy je sieň cti a slávy a kaplnka. Realizáciou investičnej akcie sa zlepšia pracovné a hygienické podmienky.
