Predmet javnega naročila je servis in vzdrževanje sistemov za tehnično varovanje, in sicer sistemov za avtomatsko odkrivanje in javljanje požara (AOJP) in sistemov za javljanje vloma in sistema videonadzora v objektih, ki so v upravljanju naročnika. Predmetno naročilo je razdeljeno v sklope. Predmet sklopa javnega naročila je izvajanje storitev servisa in vzdrževanja sistemov avtomatskega javljanja požara v dvoranah Stožice, Tivoli in Brod.; Predmet tegai sklopa javnega naročila je izvajanje storitev servisa in vzdrževanje sistemov avtomatskega javljanja požara na naslednjih objektih (v nadaljevanju »preostali objekti naročnika«): - Dvorana Črnuče Maks Pečar, - Strelišče Ljubljana, - Dvorana Kodeljevo, - Kopališče Kolezija, - Gimnastični center Vič, - Športna dvorana Krim, - Kegljišče in dvorana Staničeva.; Predmet tega sklopa javnega naročila se nanaša na izvajanje storitev servisa in vzdrževanje sistemov za javljanje vloma in sistema videonadzora v objektih: - Dvorana in stadion Stožice, - Dvorana Vižmarje Brod.
