Description

Predmet tega javnega naročila je Programska oprema in SIEM rešitev (v nadaljevanju: oprema) za potrebe kibernetsko odpornost naročnika, razdeljen na dva sklopa, in sicer: - SKLOP 1: SIEM rešitev, licenčnina in podpora; - SKLOP 2: Podpora za ArcSight SIEM. Vsak ponudnik lahko odda ponudbo za posamezni sklop ali oba sklopa skupaj. Iz oddane ponudbe mora biti jasno razvidno, za kateri sklop-a se ponudba oddaja. Natančne specifikacije in zahteve naročnika za posamezni sklop so opisane v dokumentu Tehnične specifikacije in zahteve naročnika, št. 285-52/4-2025 z dne 6. 11. 2025 (v nadaljevanju: Tehnične specifikacije), ki je sestavni del te dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila oz. razpisne dokumentacije. Predmet sklopa 1 je SIEM rešitev namenjena centraliziranemu zbiranju, korelaciji in analizi varnostnih dogodkov iz različnih informacijskih in operativnih virov. Licence in podpora SIEM rešitve se nabavlja za obdobje 4 let oziroma 48 mesecev, šteto od dneva aktivacije licenc oz. od dneva podpisanega primopredajnega zapisnika.; Predmet sklopa 2 je nadgradnja in podpora obstoječega sistema za upravljanje varnostnih dogodkov, ti. ArcSight SIEM. Licence, nadgradnja in podpora ArcSight SIEM se nabavlja za obdobje 1 leta oziroma 12 mesecev, šteto od dneva aktivacije licenc.
