Description

Predmet javnega naročila so upravne in svetovalne storitve zdravnikov za potrebe ZZZS za obdobje od sklenitve pogodb do 31. 12. 2028, in sicer natančneje storitve izvajanja nalog imenovanega zdravnika iz 81. člena Zakona o zdravstvenem varstvu in zdravstvenem zavarovanju (Uradni list RS, št. 72/06 z vsemi nadaljnjimi spremembami, v nadaljevanju tudi kot: »ZZVZZ«), izvajanja nalog zdravnika - člana zdravstvene komisije iz 82. člena ZZVZZ, izvajanje nalog zdravnika izvedenca iz 258. člena Pravila obveznega zdravstvenega zavarovanja (Uradni list RS, št. 79/94 z vsemi nadaljnjimi spremembami, v nadaljevanju tudi kot: »Pravila OZZ«), ki poda izvedensko mnenje na zahtevo uradne osebe ZZZS, ko ta odloča na podlagi 81., 82. ali 84. člena ZZVZZ ali v primeru izjemnih odobritev na podlagi Pravilnika o natančnejših pogojih in natančnejšem postopku o izjemni odobritvi zdravila, živila za posebne zdravstvene namene, prehranskega dopolnila, dermatološkega izdelka, medicinskega pripomočka ali zdravstvene storitve.
