Description

Predmet javnega naročila je nakup in dobava sanitarnega potrošnega materiala ter čistil in pralnih sredstev za obdobje treh let v dveh sklopih. Predmet javnega naročila v sklopu 1 je nakup in dobava sanitarnega potrošnega materiala za obdobje treh let. Naročnik izvaja predmetno javno naročilo v sklopu 1 skladno z določili 4. točke prvega odstavka 4. člena Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21 in 132/23; v nadaljevanju Uredba), in sicer na način, da odda javno naročilo tako, da se v posameznem naročilu izpolnijo cilji iz 5. in 6. točke drugega odstavka 6. člena Uredbe.; Predmet javnega naročila v sklopu 2 je nakup in dobava čistil in pralnih sredstev za obdobje treh let. Naročnik izvaja predmetno javno naročilo v sklopu 2 skladno z določili 19. točke prvega odstavka 4. člena Uredbe, in sicer na način, da odda javno naročilo tako, da se v posameznem naročilu izpolnijo cilji iz 24. točke drugega odstavka 6. člena Uredbe.
