Description

V drugem odstavku 15. člena Uredba o zatočišču za živali prosto živečih vrst je določeno, da ministrstvo, pristojno za ohranjanje narave sklene pogodbo s fizično ali pravno osebo, ki jo izbere na podlagi javnega razpisa in ki zadosti razpisnim pogojem. Pogodba se sklene za obdobje petih let, z možnostjo podaljšanja za enako obdobje brez ponovnega javnega razpisa, če oseba, ki izvaja naloge zatočišča, še vedno izpolnjuje razpisne pogoje in je njeno delo v preteklem obdobju strokovno ugodno ocenjeno. Stroški prevoza in izvajanja nalog zatočišča za bolne in ranjene živali ter zapuščene mladiče, ki sami še niso sposobni preživeti v naravi, in so odvzeti iz narave, ker se predvideva, da bodo po veterinarski oskrbi in začasni oskrbi sposobni za življenje v naravi, se krijejo iz proračunskih sredstev ministrstva.
