Description

Zaradi tehničnih značilnosti naročila lahko storitev zagotovi izključno Institut "JožefStefan" (IJS), saj gre za edini gospodarski subjekt v Sloveniji, ki razpolaga z objektom vroče celice s potrebnim obratovalnim dovoljenjem za pripravo in obdelavo radioaktivnih odpadkov v skladu z zakonskimi zahtevami. Objekt se nahaja na isti lokaciji kot Centralno skladišče radioaktivnih odpadkov (CSRAO) v Reaktorskem infrastrukturnem centru Brinje, kar omogoča varno in učinkovito izvedbo postopkov brez dodatnih logističnih tveganj. ARAO ima za izvajanje teh postopkov pridobljeno dovoljenje, vezano prav na ta objekt. Na podlagi 21. člena Uredbe o izvajanju javneslužbe za ravnanje z RAO sta ARAO in IJS dolžna urediti stroške uporabe vroče celice sporazumno.
