Predmet naročila je storitev upravljanja na dveh lokacijah: A) Upravljanje objekta Večgeneracijski center Brežice (VGC Brežice) na lokaciji Prešernova 13, 8250 Brežice, ki vključuje izvajanje naslednjih storitev: - upravljanje stavbe in posameznih enot v stavbi, - upravljanje in obratovanje ogrevalnega sistema, - hišniško-vzdrževalne storitve in - storitve čiščenja. B) Upravljanje z javno pralnico perila na lokaciji Prešernova 11b, 8250 Brežice, ki vključuje izvajanje naslednjih storitev: - upravljanje z javno pralnico, - hišniško-vzdrževalne storitve in - storitve čiščenja. Predmet javnega naročila je podrobneje opredeljen v tehničnih specifikacijah.
