Predmet javnega naročila je celovita informacijska rešitev za upravljanje dokumentov in poslovnih procesov v D.S.U., d.o.o., in sicer najem in implementacija sodobne in integrirane informacijske rešitve, ki bo nadomestila obstoječe zastarele in razdrobljene informacijske rešitve, izboljšala učinkovitost in podprla digitalno preobrazbo poslovanja D.S.U., d.o.o. Predmet naročila vključuje: - načrtovanje, konfiguracijo in uvedbo informacijske rešitve ter razvoj oz. prilagoditev informacijske rešitve naročnikovim zahtevam;- - vzpostavitev nove informacijske rešitve, vključno s testiranjem; - dobavo potrebne strojne opreme (če bo potrebna glede na izbrano informacijsko rešitev) ; -migracijo določenih obstoječih podatkov in dokumentov iz različnih obstoječih baz in informacijskih rešitev; -integracijo nove informacijske rešitve z obstoječimi informacijskimi sistemi naročnika, ki se ohranjajo, in zunanjimi portali; - usposabljanje končnih uporabnikov in uporabniška navodila; - vzdrževanje, nadgradnje in podporo informacijskega sistema v celotni življenjski dobi po implementaciji (min. 5 let, z možnostjo podaljšanja, oz. za nedoločen čas).
