Podrobnejša specifikacija naročila je razvidna iz tehničnih specifikacij - tehničnega dela dokumentacije (, ki jo zainteresirani ponudniki pridobijo po pravilih dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Dvig zaprtega dela dokumentacije je pogoj za oddajo ponudbe.
