Description

Predmet javnega naročila je vzdrževanje in nadgrajevanje pilotne informacijske rešitve ePA ter strokovna podpora pri njeni uporabi v praksi«, ki obsega: 1. osnovno vzdrževanje rešitve ePA; 2. nadgrajevanje rešitve ePA, ki zajema: a) dopolnilno vzdrževanje (nadgradnje) rešitve glede na spoznanja iz njene uporabe v praksi b) specifikacijo in razvoj ekstenzije za QGIS; 3. strokovno podporo naročniku, ki zajema: a) praktično uporabo pilotne rešitve na konkretnih primerih: - šest pravnih aktov, ki se sprejemajo na državni ravni (iz pristojnosti različnih resorjev), od tega vsaj en DPN; - dveh pravnih aktov (OPN), ki se sprejemata na lokalni ravni (eden iz pristojnosti mestne občine in eden iz manjše občine) b) predlog uporabe in nadgraditve rešitve ePA za pripravo neuradnih prečiščenih besedil oziroma za spajanje geopodatkov, ki so na voljo pri osnovnih aktih in njihovih nadaljnjih posegih; c) analizo ugotovitev in dopolnitev vsebinskih in tehničnih standardov d) usposabljanje uporabnikov in pripravo podpornih gradiv e) vodenje projekta, koordinacijo in poročanje.
