Naročnik AGENCIJA REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE ZA JAVNOPRAVNE EVIDENCE IN STORITVE, Tržaška cesta 16, 1000 Ljubljana, ki ga zastopa direktor Tomaž Klemenc (v nadaljnjem besedilu: naročnik), v svojem imenu in za svoj račun, na podlagi 40. člena Zakona o javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 91/15, 14/18, 121/21, 10/22, 74/22 - odl. US, 100/22 - ZNUZSZS, 28/23, 88/23 - ZOPNN-F in 83/25 - ZOUL; v nadaljevanju: ZJN-3), vabi ponudnike k oddaji ponudbe v skladu z zahtevami iz te razpisne dokumentacije in navodili ponudnikom za oddajo ponudbe za izvedbo javnega naročila št. 430-67/2026-18 (v nadaljevanju: razpisna dokumentacija), katerega predmet je »Razvoj, nadgradnja in vzdrževanje informacijskih sistemov drugih registrov« (v nadaljevanju: Razvoj, nadgradnja in vzdrževanje informacijskih sistemov AJPES (IS DRE_01)).
