V sklopu naročila je treba pripraviti vso dokumentacijo za pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja, vključno z izdelavo vseh pripadajočih elaboratov ter pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja. Celotna projektna dokumentacija se izdeluje z uporabo digitalnega projektiranja oziroma BIM-tehnologije.
