Pri predmetnem javnem naročilu gre za izvajanje storitev okolju prijaznega čiščenja poslovnih prostorov na naslovu Slovenski trg 1 v Kranju za obdobje do vključno 31. 12. 2029, ki vključuje tudi dobavo in uporabo čistil, čistilnega potrošnega materiala in drugega materiala za čiščenje. Dobava higienskih papirnatih proizvodov ni predmet tega javnega naročila, bo pa izbrani izvajalec moral preverjati zalogo, polniti podajalnike, nalagati papir, brisače v toaletnih prostorih, kuhinjah. V prostorih stavbe na Slovenskem trgu 1 v Kranju imajo svoje prostore Mestna občina Kranj, Upravna enota Kranj in drugi najemniki.
