Description

Predmet javnega naročila je opravljanje storitve rednih dnevnih prevozov šolskih otrok na območju Občine Polzela za 2 šolski leti (od 2026/2027 do 2027/2028), za 10 relacij. V šolskem letu 2026/2027 bodo otroci pričeli s poukom ob 8.20, kar pomeni, da morajo biti učenci vozači v šoli med 7.50 in 8.10. Predura (obvezni in neobvezni izbirni predmeti, dopolnilni, dodatni pouk, interesne dejavnosti) se bo pričela ob 7.30, kar pomeni, da bodo morali biti učenci vozači, ki bodo ta pouk obiskovali v šoli ob 7.15. Zaradi fleksibilnega predmetnika, obveznih in neobveznih izbirnih predmetov ter interesnih dejavnosti bodo učenci dnevno različno zaključili pouk med 12.40 in predvidoma 14.45. Končne časovnice glede predur, začetka pouka in konca pouka, bodo dogovorjene med izbranim izvajalcem in OŠ Polzela, glede na potrebe OŠ. Ponudnik mora zagotoviti: - zadostno število prevoznih sredstev, najmanj toliko kot je potrebno za razpisani prevoz in take velikosti, kot jih zahteva število šolarjev in cestni pogoji na območju Občine Polzela, - možnost sprememb urnikov dovozov in odvozov, - možnost določanja novih relacij, vstopnih in izstopnih mest, - možnost sprememb seznamov učencev. Prevoznik se o voznem redu med šolskim letom dogovarja z ravnateljico oziroma pooblaščenim delavcem šole za katero opravlja prevoze. Naročnik si pridržuje pravico sprememb relacij in morebitnih drugih sprememb skladno s potrebami šole in učencev. Javno naročilo se oddaja celovito in ni razdeljeno na sklope. Ponudniki morajo oddati ponudbo za celotno javno naročilo. Podrobne specifikacije del so navedene v prilogi razpisne dokumentacije POPISI. Variantne ponudbe niso dopustne.
