Description

Predmet javnega naročila je enotna izvedba investicije po modelu funkcionalni ključ v roke, ki zajema projektiranje, pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja, izvedbo GOI del ter dobavo, montažo, integracijo in zagon angiografskega sistema s C lokom s pripadajočo opremo za potrebe SB Jesenice. Splošna bolnišnica Jesenice (v nadaljnjem besedilu: SB Jesenice) izvaja postopek skupnega javnega naročanja na podlagi pooblastila Urada RS za investicije v zdravstvu (v nadaljnjem besedilu: UIZ) za izvedbo postopka, št. 4110-7/2025-2718-16 z dne 7. 4. 2026 v njegovem imenu in za njegov račun (za pripravo prostora, dobavo novega angiografskega sistema s C lokom in medicinske pohištvene opreme ter šolanje osebja uporabnika) ter v svojem imenu in za svoj račun (za izdelavo DGD in PZI dokumentacije ter pogarancijsko vzdrževanje).
