Description

Predmet javnega naročila je dobava novega delovnega vozila s smetarsko nadgradnjo minimalne prostornine 10 m³ (v nadaljevanju: vozilo), skladno s tehničnimi specifikacijami kot izhajajo iz predmetnih navodil. Naročnik bo predmetno naročilo oddal ter sklenil pogodbo o dobavi delovnega vozila s ponudnikom, ki bo glede na postavljena merila oddal ekonomsko najugodnejšo ponudbo, pod odložnim pogojem, da skupščina Javnega podjetja Center za ravnanje z odpadki Puconci d.o.o. na seji, ki bo predvidoma konec avgusta 2026, potrdi rebalans plana za leto 2026, v katerega je vključena investicija, ki je predmet tega naročila.
