Predmet javnega naročila sta nakup in dobava visokozmogljiva sistema za sekvenciranje dolgih molekul DNA in RNA.; Predmet javnega naročila sta nakup in dobava visokopretočnega sistema za izolacijo, detekcijo in kvantifikacijo nukleinskih kislin.; Predmet javnega naročila sta nakup in dobava centralnega sistema za proizvodnjo dušika in analitskega LC-MS sistema za metabolomsko validacijo fenotipskih sprememb.; Predmet javnega naročila sta nakup in dobava centrifug za pripravo knjižnic in izolacijo DNA.; Premet javnega naročila sta nakup in dobava opreme za shranjevanje vzorcev in reagentov na nizkih temperaturah.
