Predmet javnega naročila je sukcesivna izvedba tlakarskih in tapetniških del za obdobje 48 mesecev. Predmet javnega naročila je razdeljen v naslednje sklope:  SKLOP 1: tlakarska dela v objektih UKC Ljubljana, ki so severno od Zaloške ceste,  SKLOP 2: tlakarska dela v objektih UKC Ljubljana, ki so južno od Zaloške ceste in  SKLOP 3: tapetniška dela v objektih UKC Ljubljana. Podrobnejši opis predmeta naročila je razviden iz Tehničnih zahtev (za posamezen sklop), Popisa del in materiala (MS EXCEL) (za posamezen sklop), osnutka Pogodbe ter drugih relevantnih delov razpisne dokumentacije. Tlakarska dela v objektih UKC Ljubljana, ki so severno od Zaloške ceste; Tlakarska dela v objektih UKC Ljubljana, ki so južno od Zaloške ceste; Tapetniška dela v objektih UKC Ljubljana
