Predmet javnega naročila je izgradnja kanalizacijskega omrežja z vsemi potrebnimi objekti na območju Planine (2. faza). Gradnja se izvaja upoštevajoč pogodbena določila FIDIC (Rdeča knjiga). Projekt zajema: 1. Čistilna naprava 900 PE z zunanjo ureditvijo in dostopno cesto 2. Gravitacijska kanalizacija (3968 m) 3. Tlačna kanalizacija s črpališčem (118 m) 4. Meteorna kanalizacija (2496 m) 5. Vodovod (1998 m) 6. Preplastitev prekopov regionalne ceste 7. Preplastitev lokalnih cest 8. Fekalni priključki 9. Meteorni priključki (cestni požiralniki) 10. Vodovodni priključki 11. Elektr.priključek za črpališče 6 12. KBV 20kV Planina 13. TP 20/0,4 kV Kačja vas 14. TP 20/0,4 kV Planina šola Vrsta, lastnosti, kakovost in opis predmeta javnega naročila so opredeljeni v specifikaciji naročila - projektni dokumentaciji za izvedbo gradnje (PZI) »Izgradnja kanalizacijskega omrežja z vsemi potrebnimi objekti na področju Planine.« (št. projekta 17/58, februar 2025, Detajl infrastruktura d.o.o.), ki je sestavni del te dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Naročnik od izbranega ponudnika pričakuje strokovno, odgovorno in ažurno izvajanje predmeta javnega naročila vključno z dnevno prisotnostjo vodje gradnje, zato je v vzorec pogodbe vključil posamezne pogodbene kazni za nekatere zamude ter za primer odsotnosti vodje gradnje.
