Predmet naročila je Vzdrževanje betonskih konstrukcij obal v Luki Koper za obdobje pet let. Predmet naročila je »Vzdrževanje betonskih konstrukcij obal v Luki Koper za obdobje pet let« in sicer izvajanje rednih ali intervencijskih vzdrževalnih in investicijskih gradbenih del na betonskih konstrukcijah obal v Luki Koper. Tipična dela zajemajo odstranitev kontaminiranega betona z lahkimi pnevmatskimi kladivi in/ali z vodnim curkom pod visokim pritiskom, čiščenje korodirane armature in zaščito le-te ali nadomestitev prekorodirane armature z dovaritvijo nove ali vgradnjo ojačitvenih karbonskih lamel, vgradnjo novega betona ali vgradnjo sanacijskih malt. Glede na potrebo se lahko izvede tudi katodno ščitenje betona. Dela se večinoma izvajajo izpod obale ali ob obali (npr. popravilo betonskega roba), po potrebi iz plovnega objekta.
