Predmet javnega naročila je izdelava podrobnega posnetka obstoječega stanja, projektne dokumentacije ter storitev projektantskega nadzora za projekt »Prizidava k Osnovni šoli Belokranjskega odreda Semič - 1. faza«. Projektna dokumentacija zajema naslednje faze: - DPP (projektna dokumentacija za pridobitev projektnih in drugih pogojev) - DGD (projektna dokumentacija za pridobitev mnenj in gradbenega dovoljenja) - PZI (projekt za izvedbo gradnje, s popisom gradbeno obrtniških in instalacijskih del ter projektantsko oceno (PZI) z vsemi potrebnimi načrti, prikazi, elaborati) - PID (projektna dokumentacija izvedenih del) - projektantski nadzor za čas gradnje, ki zajema tudi sodelovanje na operativnih sestankih investitorja, izvajalca in strokovnega nadzora in pri tehničnem pregledu. Projektna dokumentacija se izdeluje za 1. fazo prenove Osnovne šole Semič, ki zajema gradnjo novega prizidka, nadzidavo obstoječega prvega prizidka, reorganizacijo prostorov v obstoječem objektu in ureditev zunanjih površin ob novem objektu. Obseg zahtevanih del je podrobneje razviden iz Projektne naloge ter idejne zasnove, ki sta del dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Ponudba mora zajemati izvajanje vseh razpisanih del.
