Predmet javnega naročila je projektiranje DGD/PZI cevovodov povezovalnega transportnega sistema med vodovodnim sistemom KIB (Ilirska Bistrica) in vodovodnim sistemom Kovod (Postojna - Pivka) v nazivni kapaciteti pretoka med omrežji 15 l/s v okviru projekta OSKRBA S PITNO VODO NA OBMOČJU SLOVENSKE ISTRE IN KRAŠKEGA ZALEDJA za projektni sklop 3 (občini Pivka in Postojna) in projektni sklop 4 (Občina Ilirska Bistrica). Javno naročilo se oddaja v treh (3) sklopih: - SKLOP 1: ODSEK 1 - Zagorje - občinska meja ILB-PI - SKLOP 2: ODSEK 2 - Občinska meja ILB-PI - VH Knežak - SKLOP 3: ODSEKI 3-5 - Od VH Knežak - Ilirska Bistrica Ponudniki morajo oddati ponudbe za vse trik (3) sklope, drugače bo njihova ponudba izločena. Natančneje je obseg projektiranja opisan v poglavju 2. ODSEK 1 - Zagorje - občinska meja ILB-PI; ODSEK 2 - Občinska meja ILB-PI - VH Knežak; ODSEKI 3-5 - Od VH Knežak - Ilirska Bistrica
