Description

Predmet javnega naročila je priprava prostorsko-okoljske dokumentacije za umestitev objekta energijske izrabe odpadkov TEO Ljubljana v prostor in sprejem OPPN za širitev Odlagališča nenevarnih odpadkov Barje, (v nadaljevanju tudi: projekt TEO). Okvirni sporazum se z izbranim ponudnikom sklene za obdobje 36 mesecev od sklenitve okvirnega sporazuma oziroma do sprejetja OPPN oziroma do izčrpanja ocenjene vrednosti okvirnega sporazuma, kar nastopi prej. Izbrani ponudnik bo izvajal storitve inženiringa, projektiranja in strokovne podpore v postopku sprejema OPPN za PUSP. Strokovna podpora se pričakuje tudi v okviru vseh javnih obravnav in sestankov oziroma koordinacij na pristojnih ministrstvih, kjer je zahtevana projektantska oziroma strokovna podpora za specifična področja. Projektno naročilo je predvideno za izvedbo vseh aktivnosti in pripravo dokumentov potrebnih do zaključka postopka OPPN za PUSP, ki se konča s sprejemom OPPN v mestnem svetu MOL in njegove uradne objave.
