Доставка товару здійснюється, в асортименті, комплектності, комплекті та кількості, визначеними у Додатку 1 до Договору протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дня підписання договору за рахунок Постачальника, за адресою Замовника. У вартість товару включено транспортні витрати, вартість навантаження, перевезення, розвантаження за адресою Замовника . Приймання товару за кількістю та якістю здійснюється на підставі видаткової накладної. Разом з товаром Постачальник надає документи, що підтверджують його якість та походження (паспорт якості / сертифікат відповідності). Товар повинен бути новим, не раніше 2025-2026 року випуску, та таким, що не перебував в експлуатації. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються Замовником шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів з поточного рахунку Замовника в органах Державної казначейської служби України на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної, за умови наявності відповідного фінансування. У разі затримки фінансування або затримки здійснення платежів органами Державної казначейської служби України, оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 5 робочих днів з дня отримання Замовником коштів на свій рахунок.
