Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "ТЕНДЕРНА ДОКУМЕНТАЦІЯ" (та додатків до неї), що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону (з урахуванням Особливостей).
