Description

Els edificis i equipaments disposen d’una sèrie d’instal·lacions de seguretat, tant d’intrusió com de detecció i actuació en cas d’incendis. Per tal d’assegurar el bon funcionament d’aquestes instal·lacions i que estiguin operatives en tot moment, cal efectuar les tasques de manteniment preventiu, correctiu i normatiu que siguin necessàries i que, a més, en perllonguin la seva vida útil. A nivell més concret, el servei de manteniment de les instal·lacions de seguretat, tant d’intrusió com de detecció i actuació en cas d’incendis, inclou: - Inventari, numeració, control de funcionament i conservació d’instal·lacions. - Manteniment preventiu / normatiu. - Reparació d’avaries (manteniment correctiu segons cada cas). L’objecte del contracte és, doncs, el servei de manteniment dels sistemes d’alarmes d’intrusió i d’alarmes d’incendis i extintors seus del Consell Comarcal de la Garrotxa, del Consorci de Medi Ambient i Salut Pública de la Garrotxa, del Consorci d’Acció Social de la Garrotxa i del Consorci de l’Alta Garrotxa.
