En data 17 de juny de 2026, el Consell de Presidència va aprovar l’expedient de contractació del subministrament i instal·lació d’un dipòsit d’àcid sulfúric per la Planta de Compostatge de la Garrotxa, mitjançant procediment obert simplificat abreujat, per un valor estimat de 17.587,50€, atès que en la darrera inspecció periòdica dels tancs de reactius es van detectar deficiències que impedeixen garantir les condicions òptimes de seguretat motiu pel qual no es va superar satisfactòriament la revisió reglamentària i cal disposar d’un nou dipòsit. Una vegada esgotat el termini de presentació d’ofertes que finalitzava el dia 3 de juliol de 2026 a les 23.59h, i tal i com indica al certificat d’ofertes rebudes emès per la Plataforma de Contractació Pública que consta a l’expedient, no s’ha presentat cap oferta. En data 7 de juliol de 2026, per Decret de la Presidència es declara desert el procediment obert simplificat abreujat relatiu a l’expedient de contractació del subministrament i instal·lació d’un dipòsit d’àcid sulfúric a la Planta de compostatge de la Garrotxa, i és per això que el contracte s’haurà d’adjudicar mitjançant un procediment de licitació negociat sense publicitat, ja que es tracta d’un dels supòsits previstos a l’article 168 de la LCSP, concretament a la lletra a), 1r. supòsit, que permeten a l’òrgan de contractació utilitzar aquest procediment.
